low ceiling missing toiletries
The ceiling in my room felt low, I kept hitting my head. Basic toiletries were missing from the bathroom! I expected better for the price. Bending to enter the top floor became annoying after the first day.

fantastic stay!
cooked breakfast comfy bed power shower
the breakfast was excellent , with a great variety of options. the room included a comfy bed with a thick mattress for a sound night's sleep. i loved how clean the bathroom was , and the power shower was an absolute treat. instructions for using the shower were provided.
i noticed the room was missing some basic toiletries , but it wasn't a major issue.

duncan, the host, was super engaging and always happy to help , even asking how i wanted my bacon cooked for breakfast. he offered excellent recommendations for local trips, which was lovely.

ceiling height issues and limited toiletries
low ceiling missing toiletries
I was constantly hitting my head on the low ceiling in the room. i had to bend over just to walk around comfortably. there were also no toiletries provided in the bathroom. I expected at least basic things. it made the stay less convenient and quite frustrating

The host was knowledgeable about the local area. He offered suggestions for restaurants.
The shower temperature was impossible to regulate. It was either scalding hot or ice cold (no in-between). This made showering rather unpleasant.
